We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.
Refund and Exchanges
We offer refund/exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. To request a refund/exchange:
- Contact us at hello@mignonette.store within 48 hours of receiving the item, no request will be entertained if made after 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide the complete uncut unboxing video (compulsory)
- We will arrange a refund/exchange accordingly
No Cancellation Policy
Once a payment is made through , it cannot be canceled or reversed
We are unable to accommodate any requests for cancellation of purchases
